The Franconian Sausage Company is a producer of high quality gluten free sausages and related meat products.

Founded by chefs in 1999, we supply London’s finest restaurants, hotels, and the catering industry – and now we are now selling direct to the public via our new website!

We work on each recipe until we have the perfect taste. All our products are freshly made. We do not use additives, fillers, artificial colours, or flavourings. We have our own smoking, steaming, and curing facilities on site.

Franconian is a SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accredited food manufacturer and has fully verified meat traceability.

The Franconian Sausage Company has proudly won many Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals in the BPEX Sausage of the Year awards.

We took the Silver Medal at the Boudin Noir World Championships in France, with our Managing Director even being inducted into the Knights of the Brotherhood of the Boudin Noir!
