The optimum size for a high-street restaurant operator, the Edge 1830 features a 30” cooking chamber and a 18” belt width, allowing multiple dishes to be cooked at once, while the option of single, double or triple stacked decks gives increased capacity to meet demand during peak trading periods. Offering enhanced functionality, the Edge 1830 delivers a consistent cook on a range of the most popular dishes, including freshly made pizza.
As with all the appliances in the Edge range, the new 1830 ovens are built using outstanding knowledge, experience and the very best materials. Fully formed and welded from high-grade stainless steel, rather than bent and heavily riveted like many of the conveyor ovens on the market, the Edge ovens are designed to work under extreme temperatures and in demanding environments for many years. Available in a choice of sizes, the Edge oven range is able to offer a capacity from 25 pizzas per hour up to 300 pizzas per hour depending on the configuration.
