New Forest Extends Vegan Range with new Chocolate Ice Cream

 January 2020 - New Forest Ice Cream has extended their vegan range with a delicious new dairy-free Chocolate ice cream. Made from the finest quality ingredients, including real cocoa, the vegan Chocolate ice cream has a rich depth of flavour and a velvety smooth texture. Whether served alongside a dessert or as a lighter treat in its own right, the Chocolate ice cream delivers all the indulgence of the real deal, in a vegan format. 

 

This new flavour goes alongside the already established dairy-free versions of Salted Caramel and Vanilla Pod to give operators and chefs even more choice to meet the increasing demand for vegan alternatives on menus. 

With the plethora of vegan food popping up at every turn on the UK high street and many continuing the Veganuary challenge, it is crucial to have quality alternatives available to keep up with today’s diners who are opting for vegan, either through lifestyle choices or due to a lactose intolerance.

New Forest Ice Cream hold an AA awarded BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. All flavours in the vegan range are available in 2.4ltr catering tubs. Produced in New Forest Ice Cream’s nut-free production facility, every batch is tested to guarantee the Chocolate ice cream is free from dairy, gluten and eggs. 

New Forest Ice Cream also has an ever-expanding collection of over 50 flavours, including real dairy and continental ranges. Alongside this, a large assortment of sorbets, wrapped ice cream and ice lollies and a range of individual and pre-cut puddings are also available to give caterers everything they need to create an appealing dessert menu with something for everyone.
