Herald recently introduced a range of paper straws to its product selection. The paper straws provide a durable and robust choice and are available in a selection of block colours. Yogesh states: “There’s usually a cost issue attached to more sustainable items but we have worked hard to ease the price bracket, making these straws a most attractive option.

“We all know sealife is suffering due to the mass of plastic products, including straws, at large in our oceans. We wanted to give our customers the opportunity to react with an alternative, eco-friendly option.”

Other products available in the company’s extensive disposable range include plastic and paper cups and plates, lemon wipes and other related tableware; bar disposables, including plastic glasses and cocktail accessories; microwaveable containers, food containers and packaging; bakery products; candles; and disposable aprons, gloves, headwear, along with other janitorial items.

The company is also mindful of its customers’ needs when it comes to both printed and plain packaging, choosing to supply standardised plain products alongside its printed items so that smaller concerns can tailor the packaging themselves.
