Jestic to preview 500˚C Sveba Dahlen pizza oven at The European, Pizza and Pasta Show

Jestic Foodservice Equipment will be previewing the new Sveba Dahlen P601 High Temp pizza oven at The European, Pizza and Pasta Show (EPPS), 13-15 November at Olympia in London.

The P601 from Sveba Dahlen incorporates a genuine Neapolitan pizza stone and can achieve temperatures of up to 500˚C, meaning it can bake pizzas in 60 to 120 seconds.

The highly efficient heating system distributes heat in three zones resulting in uniform baking, whilst the high level of insulation and exclusive ceramic glass in the doors mean the oven chamber retains heat more effectively and ensures a comfortable working environment. The user-friendly control panel on the P601 allows the user to regulate upper and lower heating separately and includes Turbo and Power-saving functions.

The Sveba Dahlen P601 will be previewed on the Jestic Foodservice Equipment stand (29A) at EPPS, where visitors can also see cutting-edge technology and innovation from other world-class equipment manufacturers including Wood Stone, Edge, Alfa Pro, Somerset, Vitamix and Zio Pepe. In addition, Jestic is sponsoring the cooking stages at EPPS which will host the competitions for both The PAPA Pizza and Pasta Chef of the Year and the 2019 European Pizza Championships.

The Sveba Dahlen P601 High Temp will be officially launched in the UK in February 2020.
