One & Done! New Carpigiani machine makes, stores & serves gelato in one

Designed for gelato cafes, patisseries, restaurants, and specialist food operators, Carpigiani has unveiled Synthesis 1 – a countertop, compact all-in-one gelato system that brings artisan gelato production to a new range of operators.

Synthesis 1 can produce, store and serve gelato in the same cylinder and at just 52cm wide, is the ideal solution for locations where space efficiency and operational simplicity are essential. Mitigating the need for extraction and blast freezing, operators can simply pour chilled mix into the cylinder, select the appropriate programme cycle, and the machine takes care of the rest. Once optimal consistency is reached, the gelato is ready to serve immediately and can be stored directly within the cylinder at a constant, controllable temperature.
