Keeping it fresh with Ice-A-cool

Commercial refrigeration and freezer equipment brand Ice-A-cool, part of the Atosa portfolio, has launched a new range of upright refrigeration and freezer equipment, built with quality yet affordability at its core.

The new Ice-A-cool collection features four units: a single-door fridge (ICE40RS), a single-door freezer (ICE40FS), a double-door fridge (ICE80RS) and a double-door freezer (ICE80FS), delivering both flexibility and consistency to a busy commercial kitchen.

Designed to be functional, robust, aesthetically pleasing and affordable in equal measure. The units feature a complete stainless-steel exterior, including a full-length handle and moulded stainless-steel interiors, delivering outstanding durability, which is essential in today’s busy kitchens. 60mm thick insulation across the range delivers excellent efficiency and temperature control, resulting in an EU energy rating of C for the refrigerated units and D for the freezers, with a climate class of 5. LED lighting and a choice of eight shelves and 1235-litre capacity for the double door models or four shelves and a 552-litre capacity for the single door models ensure maximum usability and space optimisation.

Intended to complement the existing setup in a commercial kitchen, the units in the Ice-A-cool collection feature a standard depth of 800mm, while internal temperatures of- 2 °C to +8 °C for the refrigeration models and -17° °C to -22 °C on the freezer units ensure foods are kept at optimum storage temperatures at all times.
