These new controllers will place your grill onto a rapid heat up stage for a quicker start-up process, and also allows the chef to control the unit in 1oC increments for full control over various foods cooked. What’s more, Synergy Grill’s patented gas burner system enables the flame to burn to extremely high temperatures which atomises the fat molecules produced from grilled food for a healthier cooking process. Due to this atomisation, there is no cross-flavouring through smoke contamination, therefore grilled fast food classics such as burgers, halloumi for wraps and vegetables skewers can all be cooked at the same time.

Once the fat has atomised, moisture penetrates back into the food to ensure a perfect texture and taste with far less shrinkage than competitors. Even chicken or steak kebabs which tend to dry out on conventional chargrills retain their moisture and flavour, so there is no restriction to what fast food outlets can put on their menus.

The good news for operators of the Synergy Grill is that fat disposal requirements are completely eradicated with this award-winning solution. This is thanks to Synergy’s patented atomisation process which returns in-which natural food oils are used as a secondary heat source, thus turning fat into free fuel.

The unique system of elements has been built into the grill for extra heat generation, meaning fats from food are naturally vaporised, eliminating the need for dirty fat trays and the need to dispose of fat waste altogether. Instead, you simply vacuum out the carbon dust at the end of service – a simple housekeeping task that staff need no further training on once demonstrated once!

With no fat tray, not only is the Synergy grill quick and easy to clean, but the cleaner smoke can reduce the number of duct and extraction baffle cleans.
