We use only the finest ingredients at our Stoke-on-Trent production facility which boasts a reputation for consistently high quality products.

The Gastro Range

Introducing the Gastro Range, a selection of top quality pre-cooked and individually quick frozen products, made using only UK pork, developed to meet demand for premium convenience products. All of the products in the range are designed to be regenerated from frozen, in either the oven or microwave; providing consistency, quality, flavour and speed of service with no waste.

The range consists of the perfectly seasoned pork sausage and the pork sausage infused with aromatic herbs, both contain 80% pork and are in a natural skin. There is the delicious Pork, onion and sage stuffing ball, with a hint of Sicilian cloudy lemon juice. The final addition to the range is the incredibly versatile steam cooked, gourmet hot dog, containing 85% pork. This range is a caterer’s delight and is ideal for fast moving gastro pubs, hotels and quick turnaround catering establishments.

Premier Cooked Pigs In Blankets

To sit alongside our (increasingly popular) premier raw pigs in blankets, we have introduced a cooked option. All the quality and flavour of the raw product, but with even more convenience. They can be regenerated in either the oven or the microwave and come in 10 x 1kg bags per box

Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls

New to the pre-cooked, IQF range is the sage and onion stuffing balls. The 20g stuffing balls make a perfect addition to meals with none of the hassle.

Individually quick frozen, for ease of portioning, they can be regenerated in a matter of minutes. Available in 10 x 1kg bags per box...
