On the other hand, the EDGE60 range is available in four belt widths offering great flexibility for medium to high output stores. With a 60” bake chamber single, and the choice of a double or triple configuration allowing for future expansion, the EDGE60 ovens offer the highest output of any oven range on the market. For higher volume kitchens, the newest of the EDGE conveyor oven ranges, the EDGE70, might be the perfect solution.

All EDGE ovens are powered by an inverter driven, direct drive main blower fan, offering quieter operation compared with the traditional belt-driven fan systems used by other manufacturers, which ensures more comfortable working conditions for the entire team. Plus, through their integrated G2 touch screens, every EDGE oven delivers an unrivalled amount of information and control, enabling customers to change temperature and bake time, set the main fan speed, add advanced recipe creation and much more. Detailed technical data can also be downloaded and sent via the EDGE phone app, for analysis offsite by your local EDGE service technician.
